Light OCLV Mountain carbon frame , FOX Performance 36 Float fork, 160mm d flip , 150mm d fl ight back with Fox Performance Float shock and exclusive Trek RE: aktiv and Thru Shaft technology. Add this a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed single-gang transmission, Line 30 carbon wheels with 54-tooth Rapid Drive rear hub for quick engagement, Bontrager Line Elite scissors and SRAM G2 RSC hydraulic disc brakes.

- The Remedy 9.8 rolls on the extreme terrain as if nothing was wrong, but still allows small follies on the jumps and bends.

- The RE technology shock absorber: aktiv with Thru Shaft r acts faster than a normal shock absorber, which means that it helps to keep better contact with the ground and thus contributes to control of the vehicle.
- It incorporates all of the latest technologies to create a remarkable v such as the 54-tooth Rapid Drive hub, the Mino Link adjustable gage and the Boost148 / 110 hub spacing.
