More details of the SCOTT Scale 965
The ICCR cable routing offers a clean look and a functional solution for all common standards. The routing is fully internal and designed for full length cables. Mounting an electronic groupset or dropper post is no problem and the appearance will always be pristine.
The Boost standard improves wheel stiffness and provides increased tire clearance. The increased clearance in the chainstay area allows for a significantly larger chainstay cross-section. This improves the stiffness of the frame and keeps the chainstays short.
Furthermore, the 29 inch wheels improve the rolling behaviour. The large wheels make it easier to ride on difficult ground like roots or stones. Another important aspect is the higher traction compared to 26″ wheels due to the larger tyre contact area.
