Yeti calls the SB100 a genre killing XC bike. It shares some traits with traditional XC bikes, but also has several features that make it stand out from that crowd. YETI SB115 CARBON C1 BIKE 2021

Trail bikes are great for the rider who wants to descend confidently and climb efficiently. These bikes are great all-rounders that perform well in a wide variety of conditions. The Yeti SB115 Carbon C1 Bike is designed for aggressive trail riding but climbs like a dream. It features a carbon frame that has an updated rocker link, has a new roller bearing shock mount hardware, and features internal cable routing, an uninterrupted seat tube, and an ISCG05 chain guide. The frame has Switch Infinity suspension technology and has threaded Switch Infinity Rails with locking nuts for added security and stiffness. The frame has clearance for up to 2.5″ tires.

With a 63.5-degree head angle and 480mm reach in size large, many will say the SB165 is too slack, too long, too different, and that’s fine. The bike isn’t for the average weekend warrior riding mellow singletrack. Yeti realizes that the gnarliest trails often lay outside the tape. The SB165 is made to clear big gaps and descend burly technical trails. Yeti calls the SB165 a playful combination of brawn and finesse. The bike is a brusier in technical terrain but likes to fly rather than plow.
